APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF APPROVAL DOCUMENT FOR PROVIDING PAYMENT SERVICES WITHOUT CUSTOMER PAYMENT ACCOUNTS

The Enterprise Providing Public Postal Services requests the State Bank of Vietnam to consider the withdrawal of Decision No. ... dated [date] [month] [year] approving the operation of providing payment services without customer payment accounts, with the specific content as follows:
