Regarding the Liquidation of the Business

Notification of business liquidation as follows:

In case the business submits a Resolution/Decision on liquidation to the Business Registration Office in accordance with Clause 3, Article 208 of the Enterprise Law, write:

Reason for liquidation:

Request the Business Registration Office to notify the status of the business undergoing liquidation procedures, post the Resolution/Decision on liquidation, and any meeting minutes (if any), debt settlement plan (if any) on the National Business Registration Portal.

In case the business submits the liquidation registration dossier to the Business Registration Office in accordance with Clause 1, Article 210 of the Enterprise Law, write:

The business has paid off all debts, liabilities, and is not involved in any legal disputes in the Court or Arbitration according to Clause 2, Article 207 of the Enterprise Law. Request the Business Registration Office to update the legal status of the business in the National Business Registration Database to "Liquidated."

The business commits to fully taking legal responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of the contents of this Notification.

The signatory of this notification commits to being authorized and responsible for carrying out the business registration procedure according to the law and the company's charter.
