📌The specific adjustment rate for wages and income in 2025 is 1.00, determined based on the annual adjustment ratio table.
2. Applicable Subjects:
📌The scope of application has been expanded to include both employees under state-regulated salary schemes and those under employer-regulated salary schemes, with social insurance contributions starting from January 1, 2016.
3. Regulations on Voluntary Income:
📌The Circular clearly defines the adjustment of monthly voluntary social insurance contributions, with a specific formula and adjustment table for each year.
✅The Circular takes effect on February 28, 2025, but its provisions apply from January 1, 2025.
This regulation aims to safeguard employees' rights amid economic changes and inflation, ensuring transparency in wage and income adjustments.
