Announcement Regarding the Name, Headquarters, and Management Area of the Regional Tax Sub-Departments (According to Decision No. 381/QĐ-BTC dated February 26, 2025, by the Ministry of Finance)

On February 26, 2025, the Ministry of Finance issued
Decision No. 381/QĐ-BTC regulating the name, headquarters, and management areas of the regional tax sub-departments.
The name and headquarters of the regional tax sub-departments will be clearly defined according to each geographical area, ensuring consistency and convenience in tax management nationwide.
Management area: The regional tax sub-departments will have specific management responsibilities for businesses and business households in their assigned areas, aiming to improve tax collection efficiency and provide timely support to citizens and businesses.
This decision is being implemented to promote administrative reform, creating transparency and ease in the tax payment and tax procedures for businesses and individuals nationwide.
With this new regulation, individuals and businesses will find it easier to identify the relevant tax authorities and fulfill their tax obligations accurately and promptly.
Note: Organizations and individuals within the jurisdiction of the regional tax sub-departments will receive detailed guidance from the tax authorities on the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
