TECHNICAL ACCEPTANCE REPORT

(This technical acceptance report for intermediary payment services licensed in cooperation with a bank for e-wallet services, collection and payment support services, and electronic payment gateway services must include the following content:)

1. Information of the Intermediary Payment Service Provider:

• Name of the organization.

• Legal representative of the organization; position.

• Head office address.

• Contact phone number.

• Other relevant information (if any).

2. Information of the Partner Bank:

• Name of the bank.

• Legal representative of the bank; position.

• Head office address.

• Contact phone number.

• Other relevant information (if any).

3. Main Content of the Technical Acceptance Report

Based on the results of the technical acceptance of the intermediary payment services granted a license, both parties sign the Technical Acceptance Report for the intermediary payment services with the following content:

• Name(s) of the intermediary payment service(s) undergoing technical acceptance.

• Time of execution (after the issuance of the license for providing the intermediary payment services).

• Execution environment:

• Operations/functions for technical acceptance (if any).

• Test content

• Technical acceptance results (for each intermediary payment service).

• Evaluation of technical acceptance results.

• Technical acceptance scenarios (if any).

• Other relevant content (if any).
